Privacy notice

To improve the website experience and identify valid traffic, we record visited pages, engagement time, device categories, full IP addresses and approximate IP locations. Detailed records are restricted to authorised administrators and removed after the configured retention period.

Website analytics

To improve the website, we measure page visits, referral pages, engagement time and broad device, operating-system and browser categories. Common search engines and automated crawlers are filtered from reporting.

IP address handling

Full IP addresses are stored and resolved to an approximate country, region and city using server or network-provider geolocation data. This supports visit reporting, unique-visitor estimates and unusual-traffic detection. IP geolocation is approximate and does not represent a visitor's precise location. Detailed records are restricted to authorised administrators.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, we process the recipient name, phone number, delivery address, selected products and order notes to create and fulfil the order, verify payment, provide after-sales service and retain transaction records as required by law. Payment is processed by Alipay or WeChat Pay; this website does not store bank-card numbers or payment passwords.

Retention

Detailed analytics records are retained for 30 days by default and are then removed automatically. Security and administrative audit logs are retained for at least 180 days.
